【摘要】:Thistestmethodisusedforthedeterminationofphosphorusinnickel,ferronickel,andnickelalloysamplesbymolecularabsorptionspectrometrytocheckcompliancewithcompositionalspecifications.Itisassumedthatallwhousetheprocedurewillbetrainedanalystscapableofperformingcommonlaboratoryproceduresskillfullyandsafely.Itisexpectedthattheworkwillbeperformedinaproperlyequippedlaboratoryandthatproperwastedisposalprocedureswillbefollowed.Appropriatequalitycontrolpracticesmustbefollowed,suchasthosedescribedinGuideE882.1.1Thistestmethodcoversthedeterminationofphosphorusinnickel,ferronickel,andnickelalloysintherange0.0007%to0.05%.1.2Arsenic,chromium,hafnium,niobium,silicon,tantalum,titanium,andtungsteninterfere,buttheinterferencecanbeavoidedbycomplexationorvolatilization(forchromium).Thelowestphosphoruscontent(0.0007%)canbereachedonlyinsampleswithlowcontentsofinterferingelements.1.3ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.Nootherunitsofmeasurementareincludedinthisstandard.1.4Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.ForspecifichazardsassociatedwiththeuseofthistestmethodseePracticesE50.Refertospecificwarningnotesgiventhroughoutthistestmethod.
