【摘要】:1.1Thispracticecoversproceduresforobtainingdatapertainingtothequalityofalotofelectricalinsulatingmaterialandformakingajudgementwhetherthelotmeetstherequirementsofamaterialspecification.1.2Thispracticeisnotintendedtodefineaproducer''sinternalqualitycontrolproceduresbutisdesignedtodeterminetheacceptabilityofall,orsomeportion,ofaquantityofelectricalinsulatingmaterialthatisavailableforinspectionbytheuserofthematerial.1.3Thispracticeisintendedtobeusedinconjunctionwithanexistingmaterialspecificationthatspecifiespropertycharacteristiclimits,acceptablequalitylevel(AQL),standardtestmethods,andspecificsamplinginstructions.1.4Intheabsenceofaspecificationasdescribedin,usethispracticeasaguide,afterestablishmentofagreed-uponpropertycharacteristics,limits,AQL,standardtestmethods,andspecificsamplinginstructions.1.5Itisintendedthatthisbeapracticeforinspectionbyattributes.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
