【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesthetechnicalrequirementstominimisethehazardslistedinClause4whichcanariseduringthecommissioning,operationandmaintenanceofcontainer/pallettransfertransporterswhencarriedoutinaccordancewiththespecificationsgivenbythemanufacturerorhisauthorisedrepresentative.Italsotakesintoaccountsomeperformancerequirementsrecognisedasessentialbyauthorities,aircraftandgroundsupportequipment(GSE)manufacturersaswellasairlinesandhandlingagencies.ThisEuropeanStandardappliestoself-propelledcontainer/pallettransfertransporters,withaseateddriver.ExamplesoftypicaltransfertransportersareshowninAnnexA.ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotapplyto:-loadingequipmentwithaheightadjustmentcapabilityinexcessof150mm;-transporter-loaders(singleplatformloaderwithtransportercapability,seeEN12312-9);-roller-bedtransportplatformsmountedonunmodifiedcommercialroadchassis.ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotestablishrequirementsfornoiseandvibration.NoiseandvibrationaredealtwithrespectivelyinEN1915-4andEN1915-3.ThisEuropeanStandardisnotdealingwithhazardsinrespecttoastandardautomotivechassisandthetrafficontheapron.ThisPartofEN12312isnotapplicabletoGSEwhicharemanufacturedbeforethedateofpublicationbyCENofthisEuropeanStandard.NOTECertainmeasurementshavebeengiveninimperialunits(inparentheses)followingthemetricmeasurementssincethecontainers/palletstobehandledarebasedmainlyontheimperialsystem.
