【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardintroducestheconceptofproductionassurancewithinthesystemsandoperationsassociatedwithexplorationdrilling,exploitation,processingandtransportofpetroleum,petrochemicalandnaturalgasresources.ThisInternationalStandardcoversupstream(includingsubsea),midstreamanddownstreamfacilitiesandactivities.Itfocusesonproductionassuranceofoilandgasproduction,processingandassociatedactivitiesandcoverstheanalysisofreliabilityandmaintenanceofthecomponents.Itprovidesprocessesandactivities,requirementsandguidelinesforsystematicmanagement,effectiveplanning,executionanduseofproductionassuranceandreliabilitytechnology.Thisistoachievecosteffectivesolutionsoverthelifecycleofanasset-developmentprojectstructuredaroundthefollowingmainelements:?production-assurancemanagementforoptimumeconomyofthefacilitythroughallofitslife-cyclephases,whilealsoconsideringconstraintsarisingfromhealth,safety,environment,qualityandhumanfactors;?planning,executionandimplementationofreliabilitytechnology;?applicationofreliabilityandmaintenancedata;?reliability-baseddesignandoperationimprovement.Forstandardsonequipmentreliabilityandmaintenanceperformanceingeneral,seetheIEC60300-3series.ThisInternationalStandarddesignates12processes,ofwhichsevenaredefinedascoreproductionassuranceprocessesandaddressedinthisInternationalStandard.TheremainingfiveprocessesaredenotedasinteractingprocessesandareoutsidethescopeofthisInternationalStandard.Theinteractionofthecoreproduction-assuranceprocesseswiththeseinteractingprocesses,however,iswithinthescopeofthisInternationalStandardastheinformationflowtoandfromtheselatterprocessesisrequiredtoensurethatproduction-assurancerequirementscanbefulfilled.ThisInternationalStandardrecommendsthatthelistedprocessesandactivitiesbeinitiatedonlyiftheycanbeconsideredtoaddvalue.
